Now, we're looking for a visionary Senior SEO Manager to take our organic strategy to the next level.

🎯 Role Overview: As SEO Director, you'll own the department — leading the charge to refine systems, innovate strategies, and drive consistent growth through organic search. You'll work closely with content, dev, and paid media to create unified campaigns that dominate the SERPs and generate real ROI.

💼 What You'll Do:

  • Audit and refine existing SEO processes, workflows, and reporting systems
  • Develop and implement scalable on-page, off-page, and technical SEO strategies across multiple client accounts
  • Lead, mentor, and grow an internal SEO team while serving as the agency's go-to SEO expert

  • Are obsessed with data — GA4, GSC, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, etc.
  • Know how to speak SEO to both a marketing team and business owners
  • Have experience creating processes, SOPs, and scalable frameworks from scratch

  • Have a deep understanding of AI and how it can be leveraged to increase organic visibility

Web Developer

Ascend Digital Agency, a leading digital marketing agency headquartered in Buffalo, NY, is seeking a Web Developer to join our growing team. This role is ideal for a motivated individual looking to gain hands-on experience in web development while contributing to a wide range of client and internal projects. You will work alongside agency personnel including developers, designers, and digital marketers to build and maintain high-performance websites that drive business results.


Responsibilities

  • Build, update, and maintain WordPress websites, including theme customization and plugin development.
  • Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve website issues, including performance, responsiveness, and compatibility concerns.
  • Support integrations with third-party tools, APIs, and marketing platforms.
  • Assist in website optimizations, including SEO best practices, speed improvements, and security enhancements.
